Registration Guideline

• Online registration is highly recommended. If online registration is not available, please contact the secretariat at reg@ksum.or.kr.
  - Pre-registration Due Date: April 25 (Thu), 2024.
• After you complete your online registration, you can only modify your personal information
  If you wish to change the registration category or cancel your registration, please contact the secretariat at reg@ksum.or.kr.
• A receipt for your registration can be issued at 'My page' after you receive the confirmation letter of your registration.
• Online registration will be available until April 25, 2024. From April 26, 2024, you will be required to register on-site.

- Appropriate payment should be completed within the right period of registration. If you pay after the registration period, you will need to pay the corresponding additional fees.

Registration Process

1. Sign-up Register Your ID (e-mail) and password to join as a member of our web-site
   
   If you are a member of KSUM 2023, please log in with the same Id and password
2. On-line Registration After signing up, log-in with your Id and register for AFSUMB 2024 by tying in the Requested information
3. Payment Check the total amount and choose the payment method.
4. Registration complete Confirmation letter will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks after receipt of tge appropriate payment.

■ Acknowledgement of Registration

Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after your online registration.

■ Payment Status (Check at 'My page')

• You can check the payment status of your registration at ‘My page’.
• Payment needed: Payment has not been made yet.
• On-going: Payment has been successfully completed, but registration fee has not been credited to the AFSUMB 2024 account yet.
• Completed: Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

■ Confirmation of Registration

■ Payment Method

Payment of fees should be made using one of the following options.

▶ Credit Card
- Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
- The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.
- All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- The merchant name on your credit card statement will be 'KCP'.

▶ Wire Transfer
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
- If the sender’s name is different from the name of the registrant, please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the AFSUMB 2024.
Secretariat by fax or e-mail (reg@ksum.or.kr) after writing the registrant’s name that appears on the bank remittance receipt.
